At Cleaning Companions Australia, we believe everyone deserves a sparkling home without barriers. Our dedicated team is committed to assisting you. We collaborate closely with your plan manager or support coordinator to deliver friendly companionship and the cleaning services that best suit your needs.
To align with your plan specifications, we’ll create a customised Service Agreement and establish a service schedule for you or your plan manager to review.
Recognising that your needs may evolve, our accommodating staff is ready to adjust your plan accordingly. We’re just a call away, eager to assist whenever necessary.
Collaborating with You

For Plan Managed Participants, an Active Service Agreement is essential to access our services. Most Plan Managers will require a copy of your Service Agreement, ensuring the proper setup for receiving our supports while aiding them in managing your NDIS funding.
With our Plan Managed participants, the process is straightforward. Simply provide us with your selected Plan Manager’s invoicing email address, and we’ll handle the rest. If preferred, you can also request a copy of the invoice for your personal records. It is all about you having choice and control over your funding.
Self-Managed Participants

For those self-managing their NDIS funds, we extend the same level of assistance and support as we do for our Plan Managed and NDIA Managed Participants.
We’re flexible in tailoring a Service Agreement to meet your specific requirements. However, as a Self-Managed Participant, having a Service Agreement with us is not mandatory. The choice always remains yours.
Key Difference
A significant difference for our Self-Managed Participants is our payment process. We kindly request payment via credit or debit card up to three days before your scheduled booking. Following the service, we promptly send you an invoice for your records, enabling you to claim reimbursement through the myplace NDIS Portal. The reimbursed funds are then directed back to your nominated account by the NDIS.

The Support Coordinators and LACs collaborating with Cleaning Companions Australia understand our emphasis on transparent communication. From the inception of a participant’s services to their seamless delivery as promised, we prioritize open dialogue. Our team is dedicated to going above and beyond, actively listening and comprehending the needs and preferences of their participants.
We provide comprehensive assistance to our Coordinators by managing various aspects, including sending out Service Agreements to participants, identifying the most suitable cleaners based on their needs, promptly addressing any arising issues or concerns, and keeping them informed about new availability and openings.
